Kaan takes great care to provide high quality legal representation to clients. Guided by his passion for the rule of law, he combines his scientific training with his experience in musical performance to deliver excellence in the art and science of litigation representation. Kaan is a past recipient of the Blackstone Debating Medal from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. He has a law degree from the University of Calgary Faculty of Law and he has experience litigating a variety of estate litigation cases, such as:

  • Wills variation;
  • Contested spousal status;
  • Unjust enrichment;
  • Undue influence;
  • Lack of capacity;
  • Resulting trust;
  • Passing of accounts; and
  • Construction of a will.

Kaan has a background practicing in family law and commercial litigation, but is passionate about estate litigation and methodically investigates each case to put the client’s best foot forward in court. He pushes cases forward to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.

In his free time, Kaan enjoys spending time with his family and playing saxophone.
